Discovery Medical Aid

Worst service ever from a medical aid. Impossible to speak to a consultant, feels like I am trying to speak to a Government Department consultant. Just impossible. When I finally got hold of some after 20 min on the phone, the person just disappeared and never came back, keeping me on the line for nothing. When I tried again, going through the long process of selecting numbers to speak to someone, I got cut off. I gave up. What a waist of time! Exactly like a state institution. Useless!
