As a bookkeeper checking my bosses bank statement an error was found from Discovery medical aid. They are deducting his ex`s medical premium and when I queried this deduction the answer from them was she gave them those banking details so she has to change them! He is also a member and they deduct his premium on the same date. Shocking customer service from such a large company. This is *****!! Nedbank is also at fault as they will not reverse the payment.
