Discovery medical

I was admitted into hospital in pain and the Dr in hospital didn't do anything so I reported him to the HPCSA. The hospital didn't bill the medical aid for the full stay of in hospital so everything went through my specialist benefits and every single day I am still in pain with no help with my endometriosis or specialist benefits. Phoning them waiting for them to sort it out. It's been almost 2 months already. Now when I tried to phone I was on the call for a hour waiting for the representative that was meant to follow up with me a month ago that still hasn't. Mean while I must just suffer in pain while they do nothing to help me.
