Discovery medial aid is a money making ****

In these tuff covid times discovery medical aid suspended my membership. The reason for such harsh action was because i objected to an unauthorised amount being debited from my personal bank account.They feel they can just access peoples bank accounts and take whatever amount they want with no notification before hand. This kind of practice is ********* and ******** and I intend taking this matter on to the highest authority, I demand all my premiums back that I paid because on top of that I still had to fork out money for doctors bills. People out there need to know that discovery is all about money, they don’t offer 100% medical cover to the consumer, if unless you are on the highest cover which costs a arm and a leg. The rest of us are merely paying for their fancy building in Sandton and paying for their staff to sit and work from home. Getting to speak to a physical person in the call center is even a mission impossible because everything is automated. Discovery needs to be trailed before a commission enquiry and be penalised for robbing the average consumer.
