Discovery Medial Aid

Good Day I really hope you would be able to help my mother she was a part of the medical aid she went to the Garden Clinic on the 17th of July to the 23de of July she went in with abdomen pain nothing was done they then said she is a diabetic and then then medical aid said they where going to suspend her as she did not disclose that she is a diabetic, she did not know she is diabetic until she went into the hospital and they told her, They then phoned her and told her that she needs to get a letter from her Dr so that they can sort everything out they have not sent the forms to the Dr so they can not send the form, Yesterday when i went into her details i could not login as to they took her off the medical aid...We have sent so many emails and phone calls and get put on hold or we get cut off.....So they threw her into the deep water when she needed them most when they had to pay they pulled out and she has been on the medical aid since March so all those premiums that have been paid is just lost. Please we need advice or help we have tried everything from our side we even tried to get a hold of the CEO Adrian Gore with no luck..... PLEASE HELP
