Discovery Medexpress - is it working!!!!

Discovery Health is actually a good company and have no complaints towards them.BUT Medexpress needs to be looked at.I have an 81 year old mom that suffered a stroke 10 years ago.Unfortunately she has Hypertension that can only be controlled with medication.In July 2014 we had to move over to the Medexpress system failing which we would be forced to pay I think a 20 % co payment or penalty which I would actually call it.I registered and the medication was delivered without a problem for July, August and September.Then the wheel came of the bus with medexpress or the couriers they use.Oct it was late-Nov and Dec I was forced to go to Dischem and ask them to help me with medication as Medexpress still has not delivered my moms medication as she had none left.I spend R450.00 out of pocket for a few days supply for both months respectively.Jan late delivery and I had to fight to get the medication.Feb went smoothly.We are in March now.I ordered the medication on the 23rd. received a sms on the 25th to say it has been dispatched. one whole week later no medication.Called this Monday as well as Tuesday. Easter weekend is coming up.Emailes to them, complaining gets ignored. ???
