Discovery med aid totally unhelpful, and no response to emails.

Absolutely despicable lack of response to a query. Emails completely ignored. Call centre just gives me the run around, and keep passing from one consultant to another. Cannot speak to any one in a senior position. Totally frustrating to say the least.
