Discovery med aid a waste of money

I submitted a 700 claim after a doctor consult. What gives you the right to only pay half of my claim because you say the doctor is not part of your network? I've used this doctor for years and the money comes from savings anyway. Pay me full amount and stop just taking my debit order and being of no benefit to me. I really don't like discovery medical aid. You just take our money and are of no benefit when needed.
