Discovery Maternity Benefits - be warned - part 2

Discovery have made a statement on Hello Peter indicating that they have provided a resolution to my complaint. This is not the case. Their resolution is for a pregnant woman to fly to Sandton to discuss my complaint with them in person so that they can tell me that they have comp**** with their own internal policies (which they have not even attempted to explain to me in a way that makes any logical sense), at my own expense. No thank you Discovery. I would like the money that is owed to me paid to me by your scheme, not withheld due to some nonsensical and exploitative internal administration process that is unfair to your clients. Your responses have been unsatisfactory to say the least.

I have tried my best to go through all the required internal processes with Discovery before resorting to Hello Peter. But they are unhelpful and their responses unsatisfactory. They are using this as a way to exploit their pregnant clients and it's infuriating. Let this be a warning to others out there: do not trust Discovery with your pregnancy. They do not have your best interest at heart.
