Discovery maternity benefit useless again

I am 5 months pregnant and had my second trimester bloods done last week. Even though my medical aid maternity benefit states that I have 11 more blood tests available , discovery takes a chance yet again (look at my history) and pays it out of medical savings instead of the maternity benefit. I am utterly convinced that all the benefits discovery claims to give you, they first try to ***** you out of it by using up savings or not paying . All I can give is a warning to everyone out there to watch each claim like a hawk! Every single time I have claimed since being pregnant discovery has made issue upon issue to try not to pay for things that are covered. This is so frustrating and such a waste of my time to keep watching over an *********** company. I waste precious time emailing/ Calling/ asking for help in the app via the msg Centre just to make sure that they do their work. I honestly cannot wait to give birth so I can move to an insurance company that gives a **** about the people that pay a lot of money for their service monthly. Discovery does not care at all
