Discovery Maternity Benefit

Unhappy with Discovery Health. My daughter is expecting and I was unaware that I had to register for Maternity Benefit. So now on the last 4 claims they only paid 40% of the final claim. The Final claim she was registered. Poor service and really why should they always try and dodge payments. Why is registration even necessary ? They just looking for loopholes not to pay.
