The gp activated the sport related injury . My son whent to two sessions of physio and DISCOVERY only paid a minimum ammount for the claim. After my first query to why i'm not only paying a copayment of R110 as stated,they mention that they did wrongly processed the claim and that they will do it again. I've sent numerous emails to health info and the person in charge Mr MUJEEB. NO ANSWER TILL NOW. I've made a review in Hellopeter and last week someone phone me to tell me that was a mistake and they were re assesing the claim. She also said that before of COB of Monday,someone will call me with feedback. NO ONE CALL ME UNTILL NOW.
