Discovery Malnutrition and ******

If there was a zero star rating, that is what I would give to discovery.

In June this year my 11 year old was hospitalised for a severe viral infection, this has been followed by five months of hell and malnutrition. I have devoted my life along with many excellent medical professionals, to try save my daughter’s life.

Discovery should be charged with negligence and assisting in trying to ****** the life of an innocent 11 year old child.

They are nothing more than a corporation that does anything and everything to make life more difficult. I reckon every time you submit the info they request, they do whatever possible to make it more difficult so that 99 percent of people give up trying.

I am however fighting for the life of a sick, innocent child.

I have had their call centre staff crying on the ph with me, as they hear the pain and suffering of a mother fighting for their daughter’s life. They apologise but their hands are tied.

From June I have phoned, emailed, submitted supporteing documentation, followed up but yet we have never received an answer of yes or no.

Don’t bother to give me your standard reply that you have noted my concerns discovery. If it was not for me, her blood would be on discovery’s hands. I will be contacting the ombudsman for advice and also seeking legal advice as well.
