Discovery, making members do your work, whilst they enjoy the gain!!!!!!

So Ampath submits a claim that was paid in cash in the lab where testing was done. Discovery then pays the claim. After continuous emails to the broker and via broker to Discovery, nothing with regard to repayment has been done and my savings account for day-to-day still reflects ZERO. Discovery does not seem to be in any mood to help although i am the client. Seems that i as the client is expected to sort out the **** with Ampath. Despite me paying over R10K it seems that the work for them to get the money back to my account that i have already paid Ampath for and Discovery for is not worth the effort!!! I assume that this would not be the case if DISCOVERY did not receive what they where promised with all the sponsor's they provide to all that can give them coverage. I dont agree with the NHP that the country will like to impose, but i really hope that Discovery will be the first one to close down.
