Discovery makes promises but can’t keep them

I have been ****med on multiple occasions by discovery and their vitality program. They claim to provide certain benefits and they are very diligent at collecting the monthly subscription fee, but when it comes to delivering on those benefits they are not willing to play ball. I signed up for discovery baby benefits, but discovery absolutely refuse to let me enjoy any of those benefits and they still continue to debit my medical savings every time there’s a transaction involving my kids. I experienced the exact same issues with their maternity benefits!!!
