Discovery makes it impossible to register minor children for Prepaid Health benefits

Discovery Health recently introduced an innovative prepaid health scheme whereby you can book a consultation with an online GP at a much reduced cost. Unfortunately on trying to make a booking for my minor son today, the GP practice advised that he was not registered for Prepaid Health with Discovery. On calling Discovery the consultant could not assist me. It seems that Discovery have built a system that requires separate registration for my minor children but with no option to register them! And to top it off they are already registered dependents on my Discovery medical aid!!!
