DISCOVERY MAKES HEART PATIENT STAY WITHOUT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND SUGAR MEDICATION.

SO today is the 23 April 2024, Payday is on the 27th. I have run out of chronic pressure and Sugar medication. I need to pay a co payment for these chronic medication that my specialist doctors have prescribed. This co-payment which is not a small amount must be paid in cash at the pharmacy. I do not have the funds right now and have to stay without my medication until i get paid.

This is a continuation of my previous complaint, as there was no solution from discovery beside sending me the their lists of approved medicines.

They did not answer my questions as to why i should use medication that they say and not what my specialist doctor says i should use, (Reminder that i have tried many alternates that do not work) Even if i have to pay the co payment, why must i pay for it in cash at the pharmacy. I am on the classic comprehensive, the second highest package, which cost almost R8000 per month for me alone.

Discovery, all i can say to you again is let something happen to me again....

You are a pathetic organisation, just go onto social media and see what people think of you.

The only reason i'm still with you is because it is through my company! Trust me there is constant motivation to move away from you.

I company that i use to have such high regard for is now nothing short of being "********s", "****mers" and a total embarrassment.

I am also waiting to get my issues to the press. For someone that previously had a major heart attack must now stay with medication because of a useless medical aid scheme that only schemes from their clients.
