Discovery Makes Healthcare Impossible

I am honestly disgusted with the way Discovery Health has handled my situation. For the amount of money I am paying every month, the service I have received is nothing short of pathetic.

The additional administrative obstacles, delays, and lack of meaningful guidance do not reflect the standard of service I am paying for. The entire process feels unnecessarily complicated, and frankly, it gives the impression that the system is geared more towards blocking access than facilitating medical care.

I have requested help multiple times, provided evidence, and taken every step asked of me yet I am still left without proper support.
