DISCOVERY MAKES ANY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY

i went to see my dr with a horrible spider bite on my head in an emergency, the dr immediately advised that i must be hospitalized, at the dr rooms he called my network hospital and they said they unable to accommodate me he must call another hospital. i was rushed to olivedale hospital with a very high fever and extremely ill.<br> <br> because this hospital is not in my network they now refuse to pay the entire bill, according to my contract with them they will pay if it is an emergency but now obviously they found some excuse not to pay. according to them i had to go to the hospital emergency room (where we phoned that night) and from there they were supposed to refer me somewhere else.<br> <br> it amazes me that you always are faced with lies when you actually had no control over the situation. It makes me sick that they also don't even have the decency to call the dr that examined me they just make the decision and leave the account unpaid. 3 months later the hospital calls me to advise me that i owe R5930!!! i am so disgusted with this.
