Discovery made changes to my account in error bills me for their mistake.

August 2015 I spent 2 weeks in clinic for bipolar under my 21 days inbound hospital care which is covered by my scheme. I have been in and out of clinic since 2008 with each and every bill being covered my scheme. I came out of hospital expecting the normal process of discovery paying the doctor and hospital like normal. the 18/11/15 I received a bill of R1662.45. I contacted discovery 19/11/15 when I spoke Oyanda she logged the call got my reference as she couldn't explain what happened and why I'm being billed. 25/11/15 I called again spoke to Sekona she couldn't help me either, another enquiry logged and no contact from Oyanda. 25/11/15 Sekona called me and said I was being billed for a procedure (I NEVER HAD ANY PROCEDURES WHILE IN CLINIC) she couldn't even tell me what procedure it supposedly was. 26/11/15 I called again spoke to Trish left messages for Oyanda who was meant to deal with the issue. again Trish couldn't explain what went wrong. 2/12/15 I was referred to a supervisor Claudia who tried to assist me, she said she would contact and after me trying numerous times to get hold of her she contacted me on the 7/12/15. Claudia explained the amount of R1662.42 was due to a gap reconciliation which discovery did without my knowledge or consent. she said she would investigate further. I explained to her why I'm liable to pay a bill because Discovery went and changed this on their own accord. Every single time since 2008 my bills have been covered in full. This was no different and my scheme and my stay in clinic falls within my 21 days of clinic care. If discovery messed up which they why must I pay the bill. 14/12/15 Claudia sent me a mail with a spreadsheet with a "language" only discovery would understand. It made absolutely no sense to me and sent Claudia a mail to contact me as I did not understand what her mail and the information meant. She failed to respond or contact me. I then took it as she resolved my dispute and my clinic stay falls within my 21 day inbound care. I have not heard or received anything from discovery since December 2015 with regards to this so again I figured it was resolved. Yesterday 1/6/16 I get mail dated 5/5/16 with regards to the same dispute expect now the amount has changed to R1551.05. This dispute was caused by discovery as they amended things and caused the error in the billing as per my 21 day scheme. Discovery has been completely negligent in this regard and would expect someone from Discovery who knows what they doing and will resolve this contacts me. I will not pay for Discovery’s mess. my plan and my scheme covers my clinic stay in full. I will not deal with call centre or any supervisor there as I've been on the run around and been given various different stories about. Kindly have a manager who has the authority to do something about this contact me. This is still not resolved almost a year later.
