Discovery loves money

My dad is so old. He is so sick. I have him on the key care core hospital plan.. I was not aware of the cash payments involved. Its as good as being on an executive plan..the network hospital turned my dad away because he didnt have R3200 cash for his X Ray. Now how can one afford this when they are just making it for a hospital cover? We have paid the 12 months waiting period. Wish someone would reimburse me for it .. horrible horrible waste of time and money .. when someone is genuinely sick and in need of medical attention
