Discovery lost their manners

Hi,<br> <br> I left my previous employment which catered for my medical aid and downgraded to a lesser package with Discovery medical aid as we have been with them for years. Now that I have downgraded I received a phone call today as their is a gap in the MSA spent from the old package to the new which is understandable.<br> <br> Instead of having a polite conversation on payment arrangement I was informed on how it will cost me more should it be dealt with a debt collection agency! The audacity! I stayed with Discovery medical aid because of the years that we were with them, downgraded to a lower package so that I can upgrade at a later stage, I have no outstanding debt with them yet I get this treatment??<br> <br> This was then followed by a blatant sms stating that : \ You owe Discovery Health....". GET SOME MANNERS!"""
