Discovery looks for reasons NOT to pay for your chronic medication.

Discovery keeps changing the goal posts on my chronic medication and will not pay in full some critical medication. they said i needed to get a justification letter from the doctor which i got then the justification letter is not good enough as it did not ask specifically for full funding of the medication.
