DISCOVERY LOOKING FOR WAYS NOT TO PAY CLAIMS

<p>I submitted two claims to Discovery last week. Both of them are for over the counter purchases and on the slip, it states clearly that these are Cash Invoices. I also wrote my medical aid number at the top of each of the slips and signed them. I keep on getting emails from Discovery telling me that these are only proof of payment yet on the document, it states quite clearly that these are invoices.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery are looking for ways not to pay my claim. I will take this matter further if Discovery don't resolve this issue immediately</p>
