discovery llisted me on the itc wrongfully

I recently dicovered that I have been listed on the itc by discovery. After I called your call centre and enquired about me cancelling the medical. <br> <br> In last year I decided to terminate the medical aid I had with discovery. I did the necesary enquiries, calling the call centre to find out if I would owe anything. I clearly recall being advised that if I cancel that month I would owe but should I stay for the following month and allow the debit order to go off I would then owe nothing which is ofcourse what I did. Only to then being listen on the itc . I called into the call centre 2 weeks ago and was advised that the team leader will listen to the call. Feedback received, they have listened and I was clearly advised that there will be an amount outstanding. Now what these people who are supposed to know what they are doing do not understand is yes I was advised that I would owe should I cancel immediately however should I stay with discovery for only one month that would then cover what is owed.
