Discovery life medical aid: happy to pay for a neck operation every year and eventually end my career rather than supplying me with the supportive instrument that can prevent me from damaging my neck further

Working as a dentist has caused early degeneration of my neck. After 5 neck operations a occupational the****** examined me whilst working and wrote a motivation that I couldn’t return to my job without a microscope to ease the strain on my neck. Six months of intense therapy later and no interest from discovery I went back to practice just to realize I couldn’t look down for long because of the pain in my neck and could hardly handle3 patients a day. The occupational the****** came to evaluate me again and was furious that discovery had not supp**** me with the microscope yet and wrote a report and motivation again. Without this instrument I was sure to damage my neck further, leaving me with more operations which could leave me unable to practice again and eventually even unable to drive a car. I am only 42 with 2 teanagers under my care as a divorced mom. All I ask is help me prevent further operations and give me the tools to practice fully again!? I have now undergone an operation for carpal tunnel syndrome as well and really need to practice to my full potential again. The worst is that they don’t even send a reply or disision ...they just leave me hanging
