Discovery lies and manipulation

So my son was 13 months old, in February this year he had a temperature of 40 degrees + , I called discovery and they said he must go and it will be covered. It’s not like we went straight away but actually monitored him over a few hours. So I now have a bill for the emergency. But they said it’s a casualty! Please read this.

The lady I spoke to said this was not an emergency and fought with me as she said the above was not true. I’m tired of discovery charging me just under 4000 a month but they will manipulate their system not to pay! I’m now going to go back to every canceled claim and will continue to fight them!
