DISCOVERY LIES AND DOES NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!

My third time on hello Peter regarding Discovery.

I wrote a post regarding my tax certificate last week, and can you believe that nobody has bothered to contact me. They sent me a message saying they are investigating the message and nothing there after.

My biggest advice to anybody is to not go near Discovery. Rather find a medical aid that will offer you customer service at least.....

My complaint once again is that I have been waiting for a tax certificate for a while now. Discovery **** to me telling me that they are sending them out according to surname. I share the same surname with my mum, she got hers over a week ago and here I still sit.

Discovery will be quick to take your premiums every month, however when it comes to something you need (a legal document may I add) they will lie to you as to why you have not received it, and not bother to help you.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DISCOVERY...........THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!

Do I need to take matters further to obtain my latest tax certificate?????????????????
