Discovery lies!

I am very unhappy with Discovery. In October 2018 I lost my job and requested them because of my wifes pregnancy to still carry the medical aid on my own. However I asked them to help me with the evaluation of my monthly payment. My Wife and I went through all the steps in providing them all the information. I contqcted them and they told me they will help me out untill I find a job again. Earlier in the week I received an email confirming the drop in monthly payment and over the phone when I phoned Discovery they confirmed the payment to expect. I loaned the money accordingly from my father. Tonight I received an text telling me they tried deducting the old amount and because of this deduction caused a R61 transaction failure on my account. Who is going to give that money back to me now? Now because of someone there not doing his job properly I lost some money that was ment for them anyway and now I have to ask money again from my dad. I just want everyone to know what they are doing with people that do not have any Income. If you dont have any income... dont even think of calling them and asking them for help. They are just gonna stab you in the back after all the confermation.
