Discovery- ***** who do not follow up

<p>I went to my doctor and paid cash for my consult. My doctor then claimed the money on my behalf from Discovery. I then got the information and was advised that the money would be paid back to me on the 12th of June 2017. I am still waiting. I then called and was advised that a cheque had been sent. NONSENSE! The reason was that they do not have my bank details. Why could they not call me to confirm my bank details. I have been with Discovery for some time and now they tell me this. Where did my information go? I am now told to go online and update my banking details. I try do that and it rejects my information. Discovery do not care about clients and only want money. When you owe them they hound you, but when you are owed they take their time. I am annoyed and just want my money back. If I could be on another medical aid, I would be trust me. Bunch of ****** and *******!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
