Discovery legal matter

My wife is in the process of having surgery done on her jaw and called Discovery health with the codes she got from the doctor and spoke to a lady by the name of Amy which confirmed that the surgery will be fully covered. my wife called back a few days later only to be told that nothing will be covered by discovery???? we have already made the appointment with the doctor/hospital and are now being told this????

i do not want to turn this into a legal matter or have to go to the local papers

please can you get someone to contact us urgently about this problem
