Discovery L.A. Health misconduct

I had appointment with Dr Jozi for gastro scope. The authorisation was done with my medical aid scheme Discovery L.A. Health for the Doctor to proceed with gastro scope which includes biopsy according to the Doctor i.e medical aid scheme agreed that the funds are enough to cover everything. On the 18 December 2021, I received message from Lancet Laboratory stating that I must pay amount of R2071.10. I called them enquiring what that amount for, the response from Lancet Laboratory was that the Medical aid scheme could not pay for the biopsy of which I had no idea about it. I told them it's not my fault , the Medical aid gave the doctor to proceed with all tests after checking with them. I phoned the Medical aid enquiring why they never paid for all the test since they gave authorisation to Doctor to proceed with medical treatment. I would like Discovery L.A. Health pay for all expenses to Lancet Laboratory as they handle the funds, and if they are exhausted they inform me or the doctors not to proceed with medical processes.

The Lancet Laboratory must claim payment from Discovery L.A. Health as I pay my medical premiums every month to Discovery L.A Health. They must stop sending me hundred messages.
