Discovery LA Health has great customer service

Having a child with a heart condition is hard but the assistance I get from Discovery LA Health is wonderful. The application for the chronic benefit was not getting processed and one phone call to Discovery and it got sorted. The representative assisting me even called me back to confirm that they spoke with my doctor's office regarding the outstanding documentation. Thank you so much Chantel you were a breath of fresh air and gave me one less thing to worry about!!! Keep up the wonderful work you do.
