Discovery Keycare poor service

Discovery Keycare service is poor, we just recently joined. You have to get authorization for everything, and you wait for ages, I understand we just joined recently but a person is treated more like a ********, I pay for a medical aid that questions everything, so far no serious medical treatment was required but I fear the day that there is a real emergency. We have been waiting for 1 week to get authorization to see a specialist, this is totally unacceptable.
