Discovery keycare plus not a medical aid. Hospital plan!!!

Thanks for the call back. I dont feel musch beter but lets see what gets done after submitting claims again. I do think Discover should let the subcontracted dentistry handling our claims communicate beter with the discovery dentist in helping them rather to get a claim sorted not just frustrating its members by explaining and we have to sort this. This should be the sub dentist people that need to sort out and try getting claims paid. But yes outsourcing is a problem about every where.
