Discovery Keycare plus medical Aid schemed people sleeping On Duty

Am not happy with the treatment am getting from keycare plus.. My mother 's GP sent a letter for Authorization sms for her to see a specialist.. Wooow guess what I phoned to track the process n I was told that the process takes 3days to be finalized, I then waited for a week. I called again I was told that the matter is receiving attention, but no sms sent yet. This evening I decided to call I check cuz I thought maybe there are no funds.. Woow guess what there is enouph funds for my mam to see a specialist .. I had to reschedule her appointment cuz I haven't received the authorization sms.. That time am using my airtime to follow up for something which did not even require follow up if someone was not sleeping on duty. The calling and rescheduling of appoint would be avoided.. Guys the money am buying airtime now n den is the money I was suppose to buy bread... Please note that her appointment is scheduled for this Friday n I can manage to reschedule it again and am tired of making follow up phone calls... May Please receive the authorization sms as in yesterday bathong..
