Discovery keycare plus does not pay your dentist beware!!!

I have been dealing with Discovery since March 2020 about a non-payment for a dentist visit. It is now 11 December and they are still not sorting anything out. I call them, and each time I get a new excuse. I email them, and nothing happens. They were happy to take my money every month but did not pay a single medical bill without dramas. Disgusting. terrible terrible.
