Discovery Keycare Plus

I have been with Discovery Keycare Plus for over 4years now, and now all of a sudden alot of our benefits has been taken away. I am so disgusting / disappointed regarding this. I am really looking for something els. My daughter has to go for her Tonsils to be removed but now all of a sudden they dont pay ENT specialist. Some of my husbands Chronic medicine they dont even pay anymore. They always want to take our monies but you struggle to get hold of them, struggle to get authorisation. I am really sick and tired of their nonsense. Either they satisfy their clients or they gonna loose alot of clients. Discovery Keycare Plus i am surely moving myself and my beneficiaries.
