Discovery keycare plus

Dear Discovery Health,

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Mediclinic Ermelo regarding my daughter's emergency visit. The doctor on duty refused to see her because they don't accept Discovery KeyCare, and I was asked to pay R1500 upfront wich i didn't have. In an emergency, this was not feasible for me. We just needed an X-ray.

My concern is why there aren't more doctors or agreements in place with hospitals to cover KeyCare+ patients. This experience was stressful and unacceptable. Especially for emergency cases.

I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and work on improving the network and agreements for KeyCare+ patients.
