Discovery Keycare plus

I can't believe I've even been on the keycare plus for do long. Never on my life seen such a useless medical aid. The hardly cover anything, the Dr's are so limited and don't seem to care about you. The price you pay for the uselessness is ridiculous! I can't even ever get any of my medicine perscibed. I do all the correct steps, get approved to see a specialist and then they refuse to pay it because I was changing to another discovery at the end of the month, I have already paid for that month and you still Can't give me The service I've paid for. THAT YOU APPROVED. So what, I must suffer in pain for the rest of my life because you cant do what they say. That's like saying you'll Pay someone or offer to give someone money and then 2 weeks later forcing them To give you the money back or saying you'll not be paying them after they have worked. How is that even something. Absolutely disgusted with the service. I paid.. Why have I not received
