Discovery Keycare core doesn't cover hospital what's the use not happy feel like im been taken for a ride

Not a happy customer its almost 4 years since ive joined them the bill has been payed each and every month, in all this time ive been with them not once did i do any claims and ironically for the first time i needed to go to the hospital and guess what even though its a keycare core which covers hospitals as per the website and the hospital was listed ironically in that list they refuse to cover the stitches. They did not even say why ive sent a support ticket and in that ticket i asked to be mailed nothing yet not impressed one bit
