Discovery keycare so disappointing. Lost my husband to cancer but still dealing with a claim from when he died last year September. I Just want to mourn but have to relive the trauma over and over as the hospital and debt collectors phone for payment .why get authorization when its not worth the paper its written on.and verbal confirmation payment will be made .escalated over and over confirmation it will be paid ?but drag on until you give up?and im not the only old lady this is happening to...pay your premium but God help you when its time to be covered. So sad !!
