discovery keycare

i am very unhappy with the service I have received from discovery health keycare. I have to pay for so many things that I cant even keep up with things I have to pay for. but what I am very unhappy about is my child went to st marks for 2 weeks for depression because his father was ******ed after he came out there he had to go and see someone so he went to see colleen venter I did not know at the time of me phoning that she is not a psychiatrist and a registered nurse I phoned to make sure that they will refund me if I pay cash so I have paid R4900 in total and have not got a cent back as she is a registered nurse this is so unfair how am I suppose to know what she is. I am not happy about this at all I need this money to look after my children now I have lost it.
