Discovery key care plus medical aid pure *******!!!

Discovery keycare plus is a krap medical aid. My wife fell and hurt her ankle, in a mall i took her to the GP on site of the mall and was referred for xray, discovery does not want to pay for the xray because the nominated doctor did not reffer her....... I was told by the customer care agent i did not follow rules, i should have gone to my nominated GP which was about 30km away at the time or i should have gone to the discovery nominated hospital.... This is total BULL****!!! Please do not join this krap medical aid..... You will be giving them money to not take care of you
