Discovery Key Care Plan

Hi i am a discovery member currently on the saver option however i am currently serving notice as im going to be leaving overseas on a permanent basis.i requested that i have the option for to downgrade to the key care plus for myself and i want to add my wife and child aswell as we wont be in sa.i spoke to a consultant who said we can only be on the key care core but i want to be on the key care plus that pays 330pm.also as im still waiting for departure dates i cannot provide proof of flight and stuff immediately i would appreciate if someone could help me thanks.
