Discovery Keep Rejecting my Claims , i Pay for no service

This is the second case where my blood work claim keeps getting rejected . I have the chronic benefit and according to the document and my Dr this blood work is covered . But discovery rejected advising me to pay my provider . i did ****en pay them . I needed to claim back my payment done . According to them the ICD 10 codes are incorrect , but the Dr says it should have been accepted. Nice to know what the correct ICD 10 are . Because i dont know !!!
