Discovery journey

I would like to share my discovery health journey with You all.... Discovery took care of me so well a few years back to a point were I recommend, defended and attacked any one who spoke bad of them little did I know. I reopened my membership with discovery my 1st instalment was never deducted to a point were I had to contact them and enquire as to what was going on and the response I got was I will be double debited at the end of the month so I had to change effective date to the following month, it did not end there I fell sick, weak and faint to a point where my doctor saw that I needed to go to a hospital,as he was requesting for authorisation both him and I were given a run around to a point where he referred me to a public hospital as I was almost collapsing in the doctors rooms, it gets worse Today I get a phone call saying that they are terminating my membership as there was a nondisclosure, mind you a full history was given over the phone to the consultant that opened the membership no need for lies as they have a full record of all my medical history as I've been on discovery medical aid for a while before this.

Discovery almost brought me to my death bed and the thank you I got was being removed out of the medical aid still under the conditions I'm in. I suppose they will be at peace when I take my last breath.

I'm not here to complain or neither am I looking for any feedback or investigations any more. I'm not seeking for help or am I needing or looking for attention, I was just sharing my story with those who could possibly face or in the danger of meeting the same challenges.

I never thought the only people who were suppose to give me life are the very people who are taking it from me.
