Discovery ITC Hick-up
I app**** for some vehicle finance yesterday and to my surprise the agent said that I was listed on ITC for an arrears I have with Discovery Health. No correspondence was received from Discovery to say that I was in arrears with them and without any caution they listed me as bad credit on ITC. Please remove me from it as I need finance for my new vehicle Please send me confirmation of this asap!

25 Feb 2016, 10:19Hello Crer,
Thank you for your comment.
As discussed, we posted letters to you on 10/12/2015, 14/01/2016 and 18/02/2016 to advise you of the amount that is owed to the Scheme. The letter posted on 18/02/2016 stated that we will be listing you on ITC as we have not received the outstanding amount.
It is a legal requirement that letters of demand be sent to a debtor by post at least 30 days apart. We sent you the letters when we had not received any payment at 30, 60 and 90 days since the last payment.
Once we have received the outstanding amount, we will gladly contact ITC to remove your name from their database.
I trust that our discussion has provided clarity on your query.
Should you have any further queries that you may require assistance with, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Regards
Megan
