Discovery IT System is a joke. Another easy to fleece Members?

Im caught in a catch 22 with Discovery. Their security protection in opening their emails is so badly constructed that none of my details, nor my wife's work in owning the report's on Claims. Their call centre cannot help either. Throwing their hands up they've resorted to telling me to phone periodically so that they can email me a report with no security protection. How USELESS IS THAT? Is Discovery now getting Fiverr to do their system development but charging members millions for its development?
