DISCOVERY ISSUES INCORRECT TAX CERTIFICATE

My tax certificate for year ended 28.2.2015 is incorrect despite numerous efforts to correct same.<br> <br> Two accounts, submitted to Discovery respectively on 26 and 27 February 2015 are not reflected on the current tax certificate.<br> <br> As a member of Discovery, I am ENTITLED to demand a correct Income Tax Certificate for my medical aid contributions and for ALL amounts which I am legally entitled to claim for in the relevant tax year.
